Bamboo Flexi Mind 🌿

The freedom of flexibility, an expansive mind 🌿

Bamboo represents strength, flexibility, resilience and balance all in complete harmony with nature.

It's my belief that a flexible mind helps us to deal with chaos, loss, big life changes, small frustrations, and all that life throws our way.

The root cause of frustration, irritation, anger, sadness is an inflexible mind — one that wants to hold onto the way we wish things were, the ideas we’re comfortable with. When things don’t go this way, we are then frustrated, angry, sad.

So developing a flexible mind is a way to be open to anything, happy with change, prepared for any situation. Think about it: if there’s a major disruption in your life, it’s only a bad thing because you’re holding onto the way you wish things could be, what you’re comfortable with. If you let go of that wish, the change isn’t bad. It’s just different, and in fact it could be good if you embrace it and see the opportunity.

It’s about developing the ability to cope with change, to be flexible, to simplify.

A flexible mind leads to more peace. You're not as stuck in your ways, and can adapt to change. You don't always think you're right but are curious about other people. You can take on new challenges with a smile.

Flexible thinking, also known as cognitive flexibility. refers to the ability to change your perspective or approach when facing new or challenging situations. It means being able to think outside the box, and consider multiple options or solutions to a problem.

Easy tips to practice in your daily life:

~Let go of judgement & preconceived ideas

~Keep your heart open to the unknown

~Be open to be surprised by be more present & more observant

~Alter your everyday routine (find different routes or ways to go home or work) discover new paths

~Seek out new experiences

~Practice thinking creatively (out of the box thinking)

~Practising minimalism is a powerful tool to develop a flexi mind. Focusing on what's really important creating more space in your life and your mind

People who are flexible thinkers are able to adjust their thinking and behavior to meet the demands of a situation, even when things don’t go as planned.

When faced with a new or unexpected situation, you might feel overwhelmed or anxious, and struggle to adapt their behavior accordingly. This can make it difficult to problem-solve or make effective decisions. By practicing flexible thinking, you can learn to manage challenges, cope with stress, and achieve your goals.
