Re Setting your Life ✨
Like Nature when emerges again in spring time, there are moments in life when a break through is happening and you have the urge of a big change; a change only you can make it happen!
It's in that moment when you find yourself about to let everything you know go and Re start your life over. I find these moments quite magical, it means you aware of your own self, your own soul, you are connected to your deepest desires.
You stop, you observe you make a decision, you start living your change, a change you choose. This is powerful, this is beautiful yet uncomfortable. We have the power to decide and choose which way to take, doesn't matter if we change directions many times, we are alive, we are in movement, everything changes. Observe nature, its cicles, its own time! (practice the simple art of being Mindful)
✨The power is within you! Create a Growth Mindset!
It’s my view that our mindsets are one of the most important assets and skills we can develop.
Our mindsets will influence our health, wellness, happiness and confidence. Literally, everything we want to do and achieve traces back to our mindset.
Believing in yourself is a great first step, but I like to use science here, remembering the science of neuroplasticity; this is a fascinating field that essentially proves our brains are able to adapt, change and learn new things – like, anything.
And this reality of being able to grow our skills includes being able to change our perspectives on things.
So doing a hard reset with a growth mindset is pure synergy.
✨ Refocus On Skill Building & Education
Skill building and education always give me new perspectives, motivation and ideas.
I can feel, in real time, that I’m bettering myself and working towards some higher goal or purpose.
✨ So a simple way to reset our minds and energy is to start implementing an exercise routine – whatever that may look like.
And you don’t need to stress about pushing yourself to some extreme either, even light exercise has benefits and leads to a healthier, more sustainable habit formation.

✨Prioritize self-care and make time for activities that bring you joy.
Taking care of your mental and physical health will enable you to be in the best headspace to decide about how to reset and start over.
✨ Step Away (or Get Away)
Stepping away is a classic move. It can help us refresh and reset our perspectives on things.
We can step away by taking a short 20 minute break or going for a walk, or we can get away, by taking a vacation day or even traveling. These things can seriously help reset our life.
✨ Review Your Values
This is a big one for me – knowing and remembering my core values.
✨ Know your Why & Goals
If you’ve started implementing some of the other tips (like finding your value system or skill building), then you may be able to better define your why and some of your macro goals.
Having a driving purpose, reason and goal that’s attached to the things you’re doing can provide a lot of motivation and inspiration.
✨ Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone – Try Something New Every Day!
One of the best ways to reset your life and start over is to get out of your comfort zone.
Taking risks and trying new things can open up a world of possibilities, so don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone today.
.✨Connecting with nature is a wonderful way to reboot your life while getting some fresh air. Taking an afternoon stroll or lounging in the park can be just what you need!
✨Surrounding yourself with positive people can help to remind you of your worth and give you the motivation to make positive changes in your life.
In conclusion, resetting your life can also give you more clarity and direction, as well as provide a better understanding of who you are and what you want to achieve.
It can also help to reduce stress and open up more opportunities for personal growth.
Resetting your life gives you an opportunity to reflect on your choices and make changes that will lead to a more POSITIVE, FUN & FULFILLING LIFE.
It also allows you to create a fresh start and gain a sense of control over your life.
It can help you to set better goals, break unhealthy patterns, and focus on what’s truly important.
By embracing new opportunities, changing your environment, and building a strong support system, you can reset your life and start fresh.
